Becauseoftheover-load,moststudentshealthsuffersandmanybecomenearsighted.AninvestigationmadeinaHonghumiddleschoolshowsthat:comparedwith1985,thenumberofnearsightedstudentshaveincreasedby25-30percentandalargerproportionofstudentscomplainofpoorhealth.
Itisnotnecessarytokeepthestudentsinclassallthetime.Theyneedtogooutsideforsports,singing,dancingandotheractivities.Weshouldcreateagoodenvironmenttoletyoungstudentsgrowhealthily.
